Wedges are Better than Heeled Shoes
By Lyndsay Cabildo on Nov 25, 2008 in Fashion
For those who are uncomfortable wearing stilettos, WEDGES are the better than Heels. No need to worry balancing yourself on a narrow heeled shoes, but still evokes fashion and style. Wedges are best matched in skinny jeans, dresses, and pencil cuts…but you should know better to style yourself.

stilettos=killer shoes…
That is why I prefer to buy WEDGES. In addition, I am not the type of girl who wants to wear heels every time.(Heels are afraid of me. Hehehe)
I prefer WEDGE sandals from JANEO; they are so comfortable! I can even run while wearing it! Too bad, I had to dispose them because they are already spent. Awww.
Do you know any local shoe salons that sells super comfortable WEDGES at a very reasonable price and with outstanding quality? Lol. (sandals from divisoria not included!)

Cool! you know your style…I love shoes from Janeo too, and Divisoria shoes as well…lol…funny but most of the stylish shoes back there is either from an expensive brand name or from Divi. Since I am a shoe addict myself, I shop most of my shoes from Divi whenever I’m in Manila.

WEDGES… WEDGES.. WEDGES… i love shoes… i love high-heeled Stilettos… but, i don’t get the 100% comfy offered by flats…but, darn these WEDGES give you the feel of flats and the elevation of stilettos… who wouldn’t love these?!
however, this elevation comes at a cost… it is just so painful to be beautiful!!! imagine being on your toes for 8-hours every day wearing these WEDGES and STILETTOS?
would you know of the perfect ways to treat your feet/legs after a day’s worth of being on top of the 3-4 Inch shoes?

Hi Ellen, that sounds great! it depends on how old you are. I assume you’re at the same age as I am, so I suggest liquid leggings or simple dark colored leggings, dressy top (simple if you want to wear accessories), pair it with platforms matching your top’s color(may be the same hue if not the same color). Upto you for your accessories, make sure to match the color on your outfit, choose one color from your outfit. Boho Handbags will work best here too!

hi!
thank you for the advise, came just in time. will try to find a nice pair of leggings but that would be a problem here in davao, in fact i can’t remember having seen a shop here selling liquid leggings, i have been looking for one for the longest time. could slim pants do the trick? im thinking of donning a black simple dressy top with low front and back and just wear accessories and i will definitely get one boho bag later.
thanks for the help!!!

No worries, always a pleasure to help!
Yep, slim pants and skinnies will do the trick, a short shorts will do too but I wouldn’t recommend it for the event you’ll be attending, that’s too casual and inappropriate. If you found leggings, make sure it’s the long one, not the below the knee or shorter leggings, it never looks good.
