Lyndsay Cabildo Vegetarian Soup in Saigon? Yep, truly healthy and tasty. Vietnam is popular for their “Pho” which means soup. My favorite is the Bo Pho (Beef Noodle Soup), but the Vegetarian Soup they’ve got in Saigon is unbelievably tasty. It costs 35,000 VND ($2 USD) from a decent cafe but you can get lower than 20,000 VND to local cafes too. Depending on your choice of flavor.
