Tips to Have Good Clear Skin

I want to give my readers Tips to Have Good Clear Skin. Different skin types needs different approach of caring and maintaining good skin. Below are the tips to have good Clear Skin that I hope would help a lot to avoid skin break outs.

10 Tips to Have Good Clear Skin

  1. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #1 – Be Aware of Your Own Skin Type. As I’ve said, different skin types needs different approach and care. Find out if you have Oily Skin, Dry Skin, or Normal Skin to get you started what specific approach, soaps, cleansers, toners, make-ups, etc. that’s good for you.

  2. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #2 – Wash Your Face with Lukewarm Water. Everyday, every morning, wash your face with lukewarm water as lukewarm opens up your skin pores and washes out dirt and excess oils stucked in your pore surface that causes break outs. Also, don’t forget to splash cold water to avoid your open pores that are left open from washing with lukewarm water.

  3. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #3 – Get Specified Products for Your Specific Skin Type. Instead of getting random products because it’s cheaper, shift to the specified products for your skin type. It may costs a little bit more than your money saver products, but really, it’s not helping you save money there. Specific products work on how your body chemistry works, it helps you regulate skin oils. So getting random skin care products is not money saver, when you have to check out pharmacy later that your money saver skin care stuff gave you reasons to spend more.  One good example  is Emu Oil which is suitable for all skin types.

  4. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #4 – Use Skin Cleanser Astringent. Washing your face doesn’t mean you took all the dirts and uneccessary oils, and astringents will helps you to wipe away the dirts and oils you don’t want to keep on your face. Still, considering the specified astringent for your skin type.

  5. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #5 – Tone, Toner, Toned. Using toners after cleansing will make your skin glows and toned the uneven colors of your skin.

  6. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #6 – Moisturize. I definitely recommend this for dry skin, but not for oily skin. Although I’ve seen moisturisers specified for oily skin types. This will help the skin to absorbs the neccessary nutrients that’s lacking.

  7. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #7 – Water! Drink Lots of Water! Our body eliminates toxins by sweating, and not taking enough water dehydrates us, specially our skin. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday to avoid dehydration.

  8. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #8 – Use Sunscreens. Aside from using specified skin care products, use sunscreens. There are also products with sunscreens, specially make-ups. Don’t think that no direct sun exposure doesn’t mean you’re safe from UV rays. Buildings and cars reflects UV rays to your skin, so always be ready to protect it.

  9. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #9 – Watch Your Diet. Junk foods and Fatty Foods are YUMMY and tempting, but they also have tons of preservatives and unsaturated oils bad for your skin. Specially for people with natural oily skin, if you can’t avoid those, minimize and know other remedies mentioned above.

  10. Tips to Have Good Clear Skin #10 – Wash Your Hands. We may not be aware of it, but we touch our face hundred times a day, and touching a lot of dirty and dusty stuff along your day and unaware touching your skin? That will cause break outs, specially in the afternoon when your sebacious glands secretes oil the most.

NATURAL SKIN OIL + DUSTS+ DIRTY HANDS = PIMPLES!!!

Sometimes, the most simple way to avoid it, is the easiest. Only, we tend to ignore it until the problem arises. Just be cautious and aware of your everyday activities and diet, as well as hygiene.

  3. did you mean? can I use toner after I used astringent? can I use them both? every time I clean up my face? please response?

  4. Not at the same time Joel. If you want to use astringent, just use it. Toner, if toner you want. Although, toner is better. It has almost the same effect like astringent on cleansing but toner has its minerals that will helps your skin glow. Then, moisturize. If you have oily skin, I suggest you not to use moisturiser everyday, give it one every other day or every after 3 days. So you won’t end up having a real shiny skin from oil almost like ready to fry an egg on your face oil. 😀

I am not a dermatologist, but these tips are from my researches and mostly common sense. If you still have questions, just feel free to ask me. Thanks, Joel!

  5. Hi lyndsay, is erithromycin solution a toner?? if not can you recommend a good toner? thanks a lot 🙂

    1. Hi A,

I recommend using natural made skin products like Emu Oil that solves any skin problem due to it’s highly recommended natural ingredients. Celebrities are using Emu Oil. It acts as a moisturiser that is better than toner.

However, if you have oily skin then toners will be the best for your skin type swith to natural skincare productsfor safer and healthier beauty routine.

Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that has an antimicrobial spectrum similar to or slightly wider than that of penicillin, and is often used for people who have an allergy to penicillins. It is anti-bacterial ingredient that may be found in some skin care products, I prefer naturals than chemicals.
