Samosa Hits, Want Some???

samosa

Samosas were  not for me, but for some reason I become addicted to it when I was in Vientiane, Laos.  It was pretty good.  Samosas are deep fried dumplings either filled or not with vegetables such as lentils, potatoes, coconuts, beans, etc.  I got addicted with lentil-filled samosas.  I was like a regular 5pcs. lentil samosa dinner eater! hahaha!  I know it’s ridiculous, but I was for a week in Vientiane. 😀

They were 1000 Kips each though most of the time they give extra samosas if you buy more, pretty good deal, huh?  yep yep for me!  unfilled dumplings are good with noodles by the way! yum yum!…bon apetit!

  1. Wow, I love samosa, or samsa as they call it in Central Asia. I can get some at an Indian restaurant in Saigon but they are small. Do Vietnamese make samosa?

  2. I haven’t tried Vietnamese Samosas yet but I will soon, specially now that I’m back in Vietnam, bet they do have it here too.
