Pinoy Tennis Player Cecil Mamiit, Truly Pride of the Philippines as he lifts again Philippines to the semifinals of Asia-Oceania Zone Group II Davis Cup competitions. I don’t know him or met him yet in person but lived closely with his family and relatives back when I was living in Milan, Italy and met his father too when I went back home to the Philippines as he was having his summer vacation 2008 there.

Cecil Mamiit, according to his relative Juliet Mamiit-Cantos (Cecil’s Aunt that I lived with in Milan), was raised in the Philippines and migrated to Los Angeles, California when he was around 9 years old or something… His mom and dad, both pure Filipino went to the States for better opportunity, as his mom is a Registered Nurse.
