In US, the minimum salary is $7-8 USD/ hour. While Philippines pay average of $2-3 USD/ hour. It’s a great investment as they charge the same rate for their services, yet the company earns 60% more from outsourcing. It is a wise move for Investors and these huge companies profiteering way higher than they can in US. That is why US Citizens Complain on Recession and Outsourcing, we all suffer but those who were living comfortably is now affected, so they complain.
