I ordered Beef Noodle soup last night for dinner from this Cafe Des Amis near the bus station, and I was expecting the usual Rice Noodle Beef Soup that they do in Hue, Vietnam. When it came out, I was impressed by how it looked and tasted good. Only, they used instant noodles in it!

The night before that, they gave us fried noodles from instant noodles too! That spins me out, because it seems like I am just eating two-minute noodles which I can do myself. It was so frustrating, but it isn’t bad either, I am just quite disappointed.
