Did you know that most of the best beauty products are found in your kitchen?  The most healthy and organic beauty products are usually found in your kitchen which is great because not only they are healthy and good for you, it’s affordable and you can use it safely using the procedures given.

Limes, garlic, onion, honey, cucumbers, etc. are just some of the things you usually see from your kitchen that has a valuable use for beauty and wellness.  One of them is, Olive Oil.  Yes, it is healthy for you not only for food though…  Olive oil is one of the flexible organic product in your kitchen.  This can be used in several beauty rituals and remedies as well.

Olive oil contains Vitamin E that works as a natural anti-oxidants which are great for your skin.  I recommend Extra Virgin Olive Oil because ‘pure’ and ‘light’ are chemically processed already.

Beauty Use of Olive Oil

  1. Moisturizer
  2. Can remove dandruff
  3. Hair Conditioner
  4. Make Up Remove
  5. Shaving Oil (Alternative to shaving cream)

Procedures:

Few drops of olive oil with your regular shampoo would make your hair softer and smoother.  A dab of olive oil on a cotton ball will do a great make up remover.  Rubbing a drop of olive oil on every part of your scalp, simple massage to improve blood circulation before shampoo will help you get rid of your dandruff by doing it every other day.  Rubbing olive oil before shaving will make a great shaving result and moisturize you skin too.

Now, you don’t have to worry about your beauty problems.  You have the best remedy in your kitchen, it’s practical and organic, both good for your health and budget! 😀
