Brazil and Italy (I've been to Italy) offer free WIFI? Sure wish the US did, I'm looking to subscribe now that I'm making some money... if I lived those places I'd have more cash to 'stimulate' an economy LOL I'm sorry to say I'm fashion illiterate, much to my childrens chagrin.
