Nha Trang’s Best Food Place

Nha Trang\'s Best Food Place

After almost a month of looking for a good place to eat here, I finally found Nha Trang’s Best Food Place to eat at “Pizza Giang” runned by group of young Vietnamese, they serve reasonably priced food.  Offering mostly Western food on their menu, they are definitely great deals for affordable prices catering locals and tourists.Nha Trang\'s Best Food Place

Pizza Giang is Nha Trang’s Best Food Place I can say, for a burger at 17,000 VND ($ 1 USD) is enough to make you bloating full!… Their Garlic Bread with Mozzarella Cheese is 8,000 VND which almost half a dollar US, and Pizzas at 60,000 VND ($ 3.50 USD)big size and half the price for small size.  They’ve got more than 30 choices of pizzas from Italian to Classic flavors, whichever will leave you satisfied and return.  Small sizes are more tastier though.  Fresh Garden Salads are 8,000 VND ($ .50 USD), really healthy… Drinks are from 5,000 VND up, they serve cocktails too (limited).Nha Trang\'s Best Food Place

All in all, Nha Trang’s Best Food Place!!! The young entrepreneurs are nice and friendly as well…makes you feel comfy and at home.Nha Trang\'s Best Food Place

Pinoy Backpackers,Where Art Thou?

Where are Pinoy Backpackers? I wanted to ask, there are thousands or millions of backpackers travelling all over the world, but Pinoy backpackers, where art thou?…lol…

I think Filipinos aren’t ready for it, most of the time they travel only for a few days, mostly three weeks to spend all their savings to one place and save again for another travel to one place again to this one country. It’s always one at a time for Pinoys (slang for Filipino).

Although I must say, there are advantages of travelling that way…it is more convenient way of travelling, but everything has its downfall, by that it is not knowing much more about the place and culture. Unlike backpackers, they have to get to know better the places, country, people, just by hopping from a place to another(and most likely stay longer). They are on a budget, taking the cheapest guesthouses, eating in the cheapest food places(but good ones), taking the cheapest transport they can get, just to know and explore more about the place.

Why you should you prefer Backpacking, than going on Tour Packages?

Pinoy travellers are quite fuzzy, like a coňo way as they say…it’s always an indicator of status for Pinoys but it shouldn’t be that way…it’s always not that way in the real world. I hope I encourage Pinoys to do backpacking, than arranged tour packages. Why? Simply because most tour packages offered aren’t the best you can get for the price you are paying. By doing it yourself as backpackers, you’ll get the better deals arranging your own.

Grilled Steaks at Nam Son Restaurant - Da Lat, Vietnam

This is my last day in Da Lat for now,  need to leave the town since they are marking up the prices here for the 115th year celebration of their city (from Dec.17-23), and I can’t leave without writing a review of this great restaurant I found here.Lyndsay\'s Photo of Grilled Steaks at Nam Son, Da Lat, Vietnam

From a $7 USD room to $15 USD is quite a big change for the budget.  Tomorrow, I will be back to the beach town, Nha Trang.  In acknowledgement of their generosity to us, I would like to thank them through my blog… :D

Nam Son Restaurant is located at the heart of the town.  Near the town’s Market, just beside the XQ Art Exhibit Shop, there they are!  Offering hearty meals for the most reasonable prices.  No wonder that the place is always packed with locals, and starting to become popular to the tourists.

Nam Son Restaurant has exceptional service for their kind.  From free hot towels(which is charged from most places for 2,000VND), Free banana for a dessert, and friendly staff, it became my favorite place to eat.  My favorite was their Grilled Steak & Fried Rice  for 25,000VND ($1.50 USD), served with reasonable green salad on top, looks yummy!(not just looks, it tastes yummy as well!!! :D ).  Staying in Da Lat for almost a month, they already know my favorite, they don’t give me the menu anymore because I keep ordering the same.  Grilled Steak & Fried Rice with Hot Vietnamese Green Tea and a free banana on top of it all, you’ll never feel unsatisfied everytime!

Restaurant Recipes Online, Isn’t that Illegal?

Browsing some restaurants online, I came across some sites and blogs that has recipes of different famous restaurants and coffeeshops.  I was wondering, is it legal that they are doing it.  I mean, I understand if I saw from the restaurant’s website, it’s okay, that’s their own and wanted to share it to people.  Although, that’s quite weird.

Also, they are selling a book with compilations of famous restaurants’ recipes…How’s that works? Can anyone tell me please…lyndsaycabildo\'s food photos, restaurants
