Am I Just Being Silly or What?

There are some things in our life we can’t control, like heartbeats, situations, accidents…these are just some few things, as well as emotions. For some people, they won’t agree with me saying we can’t control emotions, but we can’t. We can control our actions in response to the emotions we feel, but really you can’t stop yourself feeling it. Either you hide it or not, you’re feeling it.

It’s too bad that sometimes you know its silly to feel some stuff like jealousy, shame, fear, and some stuff that make us feel bad. No matter how hard you try, its just there, its making you feel so bad. What do you do when you feel that bad feeling? Most of the time, you hide it. Lots of time you do, because its silly as they say. In reality, I believe it’s not. I believe you feel it for a reason.Am I Just Being Silly or What?

I once read something about it, that life is teaching us through experience, and by experiencing it you feel more, you become part of it. You understand better. It is the emotional impact of something that teach us the real value of it. That’s all.

We learn more from emotions, on whether it makes you happy or sad. One thing is for sure, you’ll remember it more than ordinary things that happens in your life. I was really good dealing with emotions, hiding it all in, but I guess I’m getting rusty on that. ‘Can’t handle too much, I’m almost giving up. Is this how life works? Is this balance? I guess so.

Just another thing, this is why life is beautiful. Yet, I keep wishing to Someone up there…I can’t handle more pain as I’ve felt before, I know it made much stronger but I don’t want to go through it all again or even just the feeling of loss and being left behind. Let me experience happiness than grief, because I have had been through a lot of the latter before. Wishing days will be longer than nights. :-)

Da Lat - Coldest Town in Vietnam

Da Lat - Coldest Town in VietnamI know, yeah, I haven’t been online for a few days… I was travelling to Da Lat. It was a 6hour bus ride from Saigon, and haven’t been able to get WiFi ’til now, and my blog was under renovation a day before the Da Lat trip…Whew! Open Tour Sleeper Bus in Vietnam?

on the road with sleeper busTravelling Vietnam is convenient because of the Open Tour System. It is a System where you book your bus ticket from a travel agency (I suggest to find the real Sinh Cafe to avoid scam) that covers all the tourist destination, packages up to 7 town destinations in different price range, depending on the package.

You can stop at each town and stay for how long you want, just confirm your next trip a day before to their major office. They have major offices at each towns and they are usually located at the town center, on the road with sleeper buswhich means, it’s convenient for any travellers to get the cheap guesthouse location or the backpackers area. They usually drop you off in front of their office.

Open Tour is highly suggested for tourists travelling in a time frame, yet for those travelling indefinitely it is better to get the ticket separately (some towns offer cheaper price). Open Tour is also available in Sleeper bus type and Seating, if you will be travelling a long distance like 6hour trip or so, Sleeper bus is highly recommended. It has toilet in it, making it convenient to everyone, blankets, and free small bottle of water.

Complete Package is 680,000 VND ($41 USD). Some Sinh Cafes will charge lower but it is a scam, specially in Hanoi, there are thousands of Sinh Cafes everywhere but be sure to book and confirm your own from the real one.

Wedges are Better than Heeled Shoes

For those who are uncomfortable wearing stilettos, WEDGES are the better than Heels. No need to worry balancing yourself on a narrow heeled shoes, but still evokes fashion and style. Wedges are best matched in skinny jeans, dresses, and pencil cuts…but you should know better to style yourself.
